No goal is too big or too small.

Whatever you want to achieve I will support you and work with you to reach that goal. These are some examples of the goals I can help you work towards:

Balancing marathon training with the demands of work and motherhood.

Marathon training has to fit around real life. Your plan is built around work, family, energy levels, and recovery – so your training supports your life, rather than competing with it.

Running your first half marathon at age 60.

It’s never too late to start. Whether you’re returning to running or starting for the first time, coaching is tailored to your body, your pace, and your goals – helping you build fitness, confidence, and long-term health at any age.

Completing that bucket list once-in-a-lifetime goal.

Big goals deserve thoughtful preparation. Drawing on 25 years of personal racing experience, I help athletes plan, train, and execute ambitious challenges with confidence and clarity.

Get that ultramarathon medal after multiple DNFs

If you’ve trained hard but fallen short before, we look at the full picture. Together we refine training, nutrition, pacing, conditioning, and mindset – turning past experience into a successful finish.

Getting back to running after injury.

Injury doesn’t mean stopping progress. With medical expertise and personalised coaching, training is adapted safely so you can stay engaged, rebuild strength, and return to running with confidence and resilience.

The Aid Station

The Aid Station can be used as a one-off session to help work through a specific problem. For example you may find that digestive issues are ending all your races early, or may want advice on navigating the menopause. This is ideal for people who already have a running coach but would like more specific medical advice they can take back to work with their own coach. Or you may not be ready to commit to a coaching package yet but would like a bit of tailored advice to help you through a sticking point.
